Hi, we accept returns and exchanges but shipping will be billed to you for the replacement and pick of the item. Rough estimate is you will spend P400 for that all in all.

 

I suggest is you try size in the store like in Backstage of serendra. Although the styles and size availability are different from the site.

 

Base your size on your normal shoes you wear here. If you are normally a size 9, then get size 40.

I would suggest you get 37 one size bigger than your usual size. Check what are your rubber shoes size and that will be the best size for you in rain boots. Btw, the sizes of this style is running out fast. we have a latest design that we will post soon.

yes, it's available and free delivery within metro manila.
I suggest you get one size bigger than your usual size. Thus, if you normally wear a size 7, get the size 38.

Yes, as of June 7, the ooohlalace 38 is available and it is delivered for free within Metro Manila within 2 working days max.
Unfortunately, we don't have displays of Pluey's rainboots in our Sofa retail lab, Archeology section of Rockwell. ( We have Pill shoes there and other clothing brands such as Amour, Avenue Montaigne,Plume nursewear, Top Picks, and Style People ).

Hi, I'd like to confirm if the Pluey's boots Ooohh la lace in size 38 delivery is waived if it's within MM? I read on your How to Order guide that shipping is for free if it's just 1kg, I am not quite sure if a pair would weight 1 kg ^.^

Also, does Code Limited have boutiques where I can check out Pluey's boots? Where can it be located?
