If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge (only for International clients because we offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere within Metro Manila regardless of order value.

Further information for overseas customers: The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the Philippines will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.

Get that dress, top or bag shipped right to your doorstep without worries! Our 7-Day Trial Policy allows you to see and feel the actual products before finalizing your purchase. If for any reason you'd like to return them, just contact us within 7 days upon receipt and we'll gladly take them back.

This 7-Day Trial Policy is only applicable for credit card transactions. We only charge the purchase amount after the 7th day of your receipt of the product. No need to file about canceled transactions or wait for credit refunds because no charges will be made until you have made up your mind.

For bank deposits, G-Cash transfers, debit card or Pay Pal transactions, our standard Return Policy will apply.

Email customercare@code-limited.com and we'll coordinate the return pick-up with our courier. The return shipment will be charged to you.

We guarantee to replace any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in unused condition within 7 days of receipt. The replacement item should be of equal or higher value. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer returns on pierced jewelry, cosmetics, or underwear or swimwear.

Kindly email customercare@code-limited.com for your replacement request. Details of the replacement procedure will be emailed back. Customers are required to return the unwanted orders at their own cost, but replacement items will be shipped for free.
